1. DEFINITIONS

  • Client/User: Refers to the individual, real estate agent, broker, or entity accessing and using the Website and/or Services.
  • Company: Refers to Referrals 4 Agents LLC.

2. ELIGIBILITY

To use our Website or Services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Be a licensed real estate professional eligible to conduct real estate transactions in your jurisdiction.
  • Agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, including those governing real estate licensing in California.
  • Use the Website and Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

3. SERVICES PROVIDED

Referrals 4 Agents LLC offers the following Services to real estate professionals:

  1. Exclusive Territory Access: Agents may secure exclusive rights to receive referrals in their designated county.
  2. Referral Notifications: Receive real-time seller or buyer referral alerts via email, text message, or other notifications.
  3. Agent-to-Agent Networking: Connect with a trusted network of real estate agents nationwide for collaboration and referral opportunities.
  4. Personalized Support: Access a dedicated support team to maximize referral opportunities and ensure business growth.

4. SUBSCRIPTION AND PRICING

  1. Pricing: The monthly subscription fee is $100 per month.
  2. Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly and will automatically renew unless canceled.
  3. Cancellation: To cancel your subscription, you must log in to your account or contact our support team at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle.
  4. Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable, except as required by California law.
  5. No Long-Term Contracts: Subscriptions are provided on a month-to-month basis and can be canceled at any time.

5. EXCLUSIVE TERRITORY RIGHTS

  1. One Agent Per County: Each county that is paid for is assigned to a single agent on a first-come, first-served basis. Non Exclusive counties can have one or more agents assigned to them.
  2. Territory Changes: Agents may request a change of territory, subject to availability, by contacting support.
  3. Revocation of Territory: The Company reserves the right to revoke exclusive territory rights if the subscription is canceled, if payments are not up to date, or if there is a violation of these Terms.

6. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As a user of our Website and Services, you agree to:

  1. Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
  2. Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  3. Use the Website and Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including California real estate laws.
  4. Respond promptly to referrals to maintain high service standards.

Prohibited Activities:

You may not:

  • Use the platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.
  • Share or distribute referrals outside of the agreed terms.
  • Attempt to disrupt, hack, or interfere with the Website, its functionality, or its security systems.
  • Engage in activities that violate any applicable California or federal laws.

7. USER-GENERATED CONTENT

Users may submit content such as reviews, testimonials, comments, or other materials (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, reproduce, and display it for business purposes.

You represent and warrant that your User Content:

  1. Does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights.
  2. Is not defamatory, obscene, offensive, or otherwise unlawful under California law.
  3. Does not contain malware, spam, or other harmful content.

The Company reserves the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on the Website are the intellectual property of Referrals 4 Agents LLC or its licensors. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use this content for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:
